1. All documents relating to the list of “Treaty Villages” in Papua New Guinea (PNG) produced between November 24, 2005 (i.e., not including the 15th JAC meeting) and December 31, 2007. I am particularly seeking documents relating to discussions about: (a) the potential amendment of the list; (b) disputes about the villages included and excluded from the list. This includes reference to the research and publication of Dr Kevin Murphy’s 2004 report, Torres Strait Treaty Traditional Inhabitants of Papua New Guinea. 2.
