I am seeking any current document which exists within ASIC’s Enforcement and Compliance Division that lists or catalogues all relevant policies and procedures that are associated with official ASIC investigations (official investigations pursuant to section 13 of the ASIC Act); I am seeking copies of all current policies or procedures within ASIC’s Enforcement and Compliance Division (excluding ASIC’s Enforcement Manual) which govern, inform or direct how ASIC staff are to conduct official investigations; any document which lists the names or titles of all chapters of ASIC’s Enforcement Manual; any project management or risk management templates which are required to be used by ASIC staff during the course of an official ASIC investigation; governance documents relating to ASIC’s Enforcement Committee which includes: i. the Committee’s terms of reference; ii. how decisions of the committee are made and recorded (if this information exists in a separate document outside of the terms of reference);
