This FOI release (FOI 139-2026) contains two data tables on whistleblower disclosures received by ASIC, covering 1 July 2022 to 18 June 2026. Disclosures totalled 793 in 2022-23, 686 in 2023-24, 702 in 2024-25 and 1,931 year-to-date in 2025-26. The share referred for action by ASIC fell from 10 per cent in 2022-23 to 6 per cent in 2025-26, with the remainder recorded as no further action. A third table reports 167 disclosures active as at 7 July 2026. The release contains no investigation updates, correspondence, or information on specific entities, misconduct allegations, enforcement outcomes, penalties or remediation.
