“I would like to submit a FOI request for the following data as recorded by the NIAA in the IPP Reporting Solution (IPPRS) and which forms the IPP Data/results reported by the NIAA annually. I request the data be provided in an industry standard structured format such as Excel spreadsheet. 1. A refresh of the output of FOI/2324/006/IR for the period July 2015 to 30 June 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, I am requesting the details of individual contracts awarded to Indigenous enterprises. I am also requesting, if not already included, the following data for all suppliers included in those datasets: contract ID, supplier name and ABN. 2.1 A refresh of the output of FOI-2324-037 AA for: a. the period July 2015 to 30 June 2024 (as a whole period and not broken down for each financial year within that period) b. the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. 2.2 The following figures for the periods specified at 2.1(a) and 2.1(b): a. The total count of all suppliers by ABN who were awarded contracts b. The aggregated value of contracts awarded to all suppliers c. The aggregated value of contracts awarded to each of the top 5 suppliers as ranked by aggregated value of contracts awarded d. The aggregated value of contracts awarded to each of the top 50 suppliers as ranked by aggregated value of contracts awarded e. The aggregated value of contracts awarded to each of the top 100 suppliers as ranked by aggregated value of contracts awarded f. The aggregated value of contracts awarded to each of the top 250 suppliers as ranked by aggregated value of contracts awarded g. The aggregated value of contracts awarded for the remaining suppliers from supplier 251 onwards as ranked by aggregated value of contracts awarded For the avoidance of doubt, I am only requesting figures and not individual contract information for 2.2. 3. A refresh of the output of FOI/2324/048 for: a. the period July 2015 to 30 June 2024 (as a whole period and not broken down for each financial year within that period) b. the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. 4. For the top 100 ranked suppliers by value produced by item 2.1 above, the Supplier Percentage Indigenous Ownership of each supplier as recorded at 30 June 2024 in the NIAA funded Indigenous Business Direct database. I exclude the following from my request: All contracts which fall within the AusTender reporting publication exemptions in 2.6 and 7.18 of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules 2024 Names, contact details and signatures of non-SES staff I note paras 36-41 of ‘2023.10.05 - Decision Notice - FOI-2324-006-IR - signed.pdf’ which refused a request for Supplier Percentage Indigenous Ownership at that time. I seek the NIAA’s reconsideration of that decision on the basis that it should be a reasonable expectation of suppliers that their participation in IPP contracts would mean that Supplier Percentage Indigenous Ownership would become publicly available information, and that it is a reasonable expectation of the public that Supplier Percentage Indigenous Ownership should be publicly available information.”
